Aerobic Classes

Floorwork:  Enter a world of Sexy “FLOORWORK”… An easy but sensual routine done solely on the floor! Toning your body from head to toe and core concentration, your body will definitely reap the benefits. You will need a mat for this one hour course.

 

Strut Pump:  Is Exotic Aerobics your favorite class? Booty Popp? Hip-Hop? Well, we got something special for you!!! STRUT PUMP… Our NEW late night sexy, hype, hip thrusting, booty shaking, body pumping class is HERE! Wearing your high-heeled pumps or tennis shoes, for 1 hour, you will be BOUNCING, GRINDING, & ROLLING your booty to the BANGIN’ BEATS. Receiving a TOTAL BODY workout & strengthening your core, you can burn up to 900 kcal! CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU THERE... Oh and PLEASE remember to bring your knee pads, because we plan on “BREAKING IT DOWN” to the floor… literally~

 

Booty Boot Camp:  This hardcore strength training class will target ALL of those love handles, extra sides and loose bunz. Receive an efficient and challenging workout that gets you FAST results while creating a supportive and motivational bond with your instructor. Toning and strengthening, agility (balance and coordination) and resistance training will be involved; so get ready to be challenged mentally and physically!!! This one hour calisthenics (excercises performed without weights or equipment) workout will get you ready for that head-to-toe body you have been searching for!

 

Exotic Aerobics:  Come enjoy a total body workout wearing your high-heeled shoes. Yes, that’s right, high-heeled shoes! This class concentrates on firming and toning the arms, legs, hips and buttocks while enjoying the sounds of the latest music moving in a rhythmic sultry motion. Using the pole and yourself, this class is designed for all beginners to introduce a new sensual way of burning calories, toning and strengthen, but most importantly, having fun. The class is 1 hour, so make sure the high-heeled shoe is comfortable and will allow you to grind and roll off those calories. **

 

Zumba: The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!

 

Belly Dancing: Ladies get ready to get a total body workout, focusing mainly on those hips and abdominal muscles. Our cabaret dancing style will have you moving in sultry motion and feeling great. Learn to isolate different parts of the body and vibrate the total body using absolute control, while burning calories. (This 1 hour class will require tennis shoes or barefoot.)

 

Booty Popp: Learn to shake that… Roll that… Bounce that… booty while toning your body from head to toe, performing a series of exercises that will get your heart racing and calories burning. This class concentrates on the lower back, thighs, and glutes! Jiggle it, and wiggle it as the music takes you through an intense workout. **

 

Kick Pole: Do you enjoy kickboxing? This class is created for the die-hard kickboxing guru. Using the pole and yourself, this class is specially designed for all women that want to sculpt and tone the body from the core. Kick Pole combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Unlike other types of kickboxing, cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors; however, we do use the pole as a stabilizing tool, to work on strength and balance. If you want to punch and kick your way to a healthier lifestyle using a stylized hardcore kickboxing routine, then this is the class for you. **

 

Crunk Fitness (Hip-Hop): Let me see you “one-two-step” to the sounds of the latest music and hip-hop moves using the pole. If you like to dance and enjoy high impact aerobics, then this is the class for you. Who needs a dance partner when you have the pole. Using the pole for support and as a dance partner you will work those arms, legs, back and butt getting “CRUNK” and “JIGGY WIT IT”! Learn a hip-hop routine in 1 hour while getting a total body workout. Feel the beat and move your feet, while the disco lights are flashing, toning the body from head to toe. **

 

Lap Dance Aerobics: Ladies, pull up a chair for your next aerobics workout! Wearing your sneakers or high-heeled shoes for fun, get your aerobic lap-dance on. This low impact level class will tone the body, using a chair as a prop. Effortless standing and sitting can burn up to 92 Kcals in 30 min; so imagine what 1 hour of grinding, sitting, standing and pumping can do for the body. Learn something new to take home and show off. Everyone has chairs, so you can take what you have learned and put it to use in your own home, for a new exercise regimen, or for just plain fun! **

 

Abz & Bunz: Ok, ok, ok; so you got a pouch girls…How do we fix this problem? Abz & Bunz… That unwanted stomach will be gone in no time! Receive the most effective crunch-type movements by participating in this abdominal crunching class. We will focus on the core and move toward those oblique’s while simultaneously working on rounding out that bottom and toning the glutes. This class is designed for all women who want to sculpt away the love handles and rid of that extra junk in that trunk. Ladies please be sure to bring your sneakers and personal mat for the floor exercises; the class is 55 minutes to 1 hour.

 

Yoga*Pole*lattés: Our Yoga/Polelaties class increases your bodies’ awareness, functional movement, stability, postural alignment, and flexibility through simple yet effective movements. For 1 hour, make use of modified poses that can meet the specific needs of all women enhancing healing, flexibility and strength of joints. Through a series of core, back, leg and arm exercises you will feel yourself get stronger each week and gain new awareness of strength throughout your body, with mood enhancing lights and sounds. More advanced students build strength, and learn variations. Ladies please be sure to bring your personal mat for the exercises **

 

Pole Dancing Classes

Intro Pole: For one hour, learn to execute pole dancing spins, turns, and poses. Bring your high-heeled shoes and strut your stuff around the pole. Learn floor exercises that can bring excitement to your daily exercise regimen. Enjoy learning a fun routine that you can take home, show your friends, or your significant other. This class is open to all women, therefore no experience needed for this class. This class will accommodate 30 ladies; we operate on a first come first serve basis. So, hurry and walk-in because it's first come, first served and claim your pole!!!

 

5 Week Pole Lessons: Our five-week class sessions start at the beginner level, followed by an intermediate level, and ending with the advanced level. Each class will introduce basic moves that include walks, poses, and transitional moves that will train your core to become strong and build muscle throughout the body. Future students will learn how to effectively perform each dynamic move and turn them into a sexy routine that can be used as a daily workout regimen or for that special someone. These lessons are open to all women, no experience necessary, and the class is taught barefoot. Pole Dancing Lessons take place one day per week for 1 1/2 hours, lasting for five-week duration.
