"At first I was a little doubtful but Pole Dancing has changed my life. I am a 46 years old, I see and feel the change in me; I once was a size 18, now I'm a size 12. The instructor will make you feel more confident in yourself and trust your body. You will see and feel the difference, once you have taken a couple of classes, you will stand differently, you will hold your shoulders differently and you will walk differently. At one time, I never walked in high heels but now I walk in them with confidence and feel great. Any woman can do it. Challenge yourself and feel sexy about yourself. and you will be surprised what you can do. I'm a "PYT Girl"! ”
