What to wear

Ladies, even though we are having fun, PLEASE REMEMBER, we are here to workout and lose weight. You are allowed wear/bring appropriate exercise clothing. A tank top or tee-shirt will suffice; yoga pants or shorts are allowed as well for any of our featured classes. Please see our class descriptions for more details of what to wear.
