This low impact level class will tone the body, using a chair as a prop. Effortless standing and sitting can burn up to 92 Kcals in 30 min; so imagine what 1 hour of grinding, sitting, standing and pumping can do for the body. Learn something new to take home and show off. Everyone has chairs, so you can take what you have learned and put it to use in your own home, for a new exercise regimen, or for just plain fun!

Ok, ok, ok; so you got a pouch girls…How do we fix this problem? Abz & Bunz… That unwanted stomach will be gone in no time! Receive the most effective crunch-type movements by participating in this abdominal crunching class. We will focus on the core and move toward those oblique’s while simultaneously working on rounding out that bottom and toning the glutes. This class is designed for all women who want to sculpt away the love handles and rid of that extra junk in that trunk. Ladies please be sure to bring your sneakers and personal mat for the floor exercises; the class is 55 minutes to 1 hour.
