About Our Studio

We are Birmingham’s FIRST aerobic/pole dancing studio! Our curriculum is specially designed to accommodate ALL women any shape and size. Our 18 & up facility, offers a variety of classes that entail the pole used as a prop for proper strength training, and as a weight loss mechanism. We guarantee, that this a safe, clean, fun and friendly environment where you can LOSE WEIGHT and feel GREAT. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!!
